About

Vana Cristina

Vana Cristina is an executive coach and private advisor to founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs and senior leaders. Her work focuses on peaceful leadership, decision-making, relationships, identity and major personal and professional transitions.

Her story

Vana holds an MBA from Oxford. She has built and exited companies, and trained in relationship coaching and transformational work. She now writes and works under the name Vana Cristina; her earlier work, writing and media appearances were published as Vana Koutsomitis.

Her clients tend to be people who have already achieved a great deal and who are quietly considering what comes next — a company entering a harder chapter, a marriage under strain from ambition, a succession, a move, a rebuilding. She holds those conversations with equal care whether they concern work, relationship, or the shape of a life, because in her experience they are rarely separable.

What clients most often describe is pattern recognition: the ability to see the shape of a situation quickly, name it precisely, and ask the question that opens the door. Vana is openly intuitive and spiritual in how she works — she trusts what she senses in a room — but the output is practical. Leaders come away with a clearer view and a next move, not a philosophy.

She works by introduction and inquiry, and keeps her practice deliberately small.

What she believes

You can be wildly ambitious and deeply at peace.

Vana's central idea is peaceful leadership: that ambition and inner peace are not opposites, and that leaders can build extraordinary companies and lives without running on stress, fear or reactivity.

She believes in intuition, meditation, faith and the signals a life sends you — and she is equally comfortable in a board conversation about a hard quarter. The two are not in tension. The inner life is where decision quality actually comes from.

Who she works with

Founders and CEOs carrying a company through a decisive period. Entrepreneurs whose success has begun to cost them something they don't want to pay. Senior leaders who have risen to the point where there is no one left to think out loud with. Companies who want their leaders coached properly.

From a client

“Her insight is next level. She asks the kind of questions that open doors you didn't know were there, and she has an ability to see patterns and articulate them in a way no one else has been able to do for me.”
